Bus Stop Pad Replacement The City and Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT) is seeking bids from qualified concrete contractors to remove and replace existing concrete bus stop pads to conform with ADA requirements and regulations. All stops are in or adjacent to limited or middleincome neighborhoods as defined by City of Colorado Springs Community Development. A total of twenty-five stops are identified for replacement of which twenty two are bench pads and three are shelter pads. Question Acceptance Deadline 12/13/2021 03:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Small Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation - Service-Disabled Veteran Owned - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Certified Payroll The Contractor shall complete all work within 90 Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed. The project must be completed prior to April 30, 2022 For contracts in excess of $50,000, the Contractor shall furnish to the City each of the following: a Performance Bond, a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond. Each such bond shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
