The work consists of the furnishing all labor and materials required to provide a 4 story Fire Training Tower, interior and exterior renovations to the existing facility along with accessory building, canopies, and concrete work. The new proposed building is constructed of a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete slab. With burn rooms, stand pipe system, confined space area and anchor points for rope recue and automated smoke delivery system, including site work, concrete. plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. The facility will be located at 1800 North Lane, 70471 St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. This project consists of the construction of a Fire/Rescue Training Building for St. Tammany Fire District No.4 located at 1800 North Lane, Mandeville, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana Each paper bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
