Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bowmanville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and clubhouse / community center.
The Municipality is seeking a qualified company to the complete roof remedial work required for the following locations: i) Courtice Community Complex, located at 2950 Courtice Road in Courtice (Ontario) ii) Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex located at 2440 Durham Regional Hwy 2 in Bowmanville (Ontario) All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained within the tender document.
