SCOPE OF WORK
Work may begin on December 20, 2021 and must be completed by June 30, 2022. Hours for access to the site will be agreed upon once the contract is awarded
The District does have a preferred completion date of March 18, 2022
Lighting layout will be designed with nighttime track, football, and soccer games considered
For football field (360' x 160'), lighting will be designed with 50 foot candles consideration
For soccer field (360' x 189'), lighting will be designed with minimum 30 foot candles consideration
For track events, lighting will be designed to at minimum cover curves
10 year warranty guaranteeing lighting levels on all installed lights
10 year warranty guaranteeing parts, labor, and installation on all installed lights and systems
District's four (4) main existing light poles will remain and be used in the project
LED lights are required
52 lights are specified for the 4 large poles 13 per pole
Ability to control lights remotely via application and WIFI Control System
District's one (1) additional light pole on the south end of the stadium will remain and be used in the project
LED lights are required
5 lights will be replaced
Ability to control lights remotely via application and WIFI Control System
Light package to include programmed light shows
FINAL aiming and lightening coverage will be determined upon awarding of contract with minimum specifications required
