Per the owner, as of October 3, 2023, the design for this project is 70% complete. The owner states that the project is anticipated to bid and start construction in the spring of 2024. Summary of Work: Provide planning, architectural, engineering, environmental, permitting, adjacent property owner coordination, and construction engineering services in support of completing the project. It is anticipated that the consultant work for this project will be authorized in phases. The selected consultant must have the capability to complete the entire design and permitting process and provide construction engineering support services. It is anticipated that the consultant will begin work immediately on the initial planning phase. The Consultant, at the option of the City, may also be contracted to complete additional phases, such as final design and construction engineering services.
