**As of January 19, 2022 all the bids were rejected. The Proposed Subcontrac-tors List must be submitted with the bid package within the dead-line listed above, and will NOT be accepted after that deadline, A Notice to Proceed is antici-pated to he issued in March 2022 and all work shall be completed by October 31, 2022. However, no construction work will be allowed from May 15, 2022 through August 31, 2022 while the City Pool is operational and open to the public. The project will include: Saw cutting and removal of approxi-mately 46() LF of cast-in-place concrete drain trough (gutter) and adjacent deck slab at the perim-eter of th.e City lap and kiddy pool; preparation of the substrate; installation of reinforcing steel; fabrication and installation of the replacement stainless steel gutter and accessories; connection to the existing drain pipes to the new gutter; formwork; setting of new gutter in non-shrink grout; restor-in.g adjacent 4 inch concrete deck. area; and restoration of affected waterline tile and plaster wall fin-ish. Bidders may deliver their bids in person by calling Cashmere City Hall ahead of arrival. All bid proposals shall be accompairied by a bid liroposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid proposal, including sales tax. Checks should be made payable to the City of Cashmere. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satis-factory payment and performance bonds within, the time stated. in the Contract Docouments, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Cashmere. The City of Cashmere reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregoularities in the bid or in the bidding.
