For furnishing all labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of "CDBG Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation 2021". Scope of Work: Rehabilitation of Approximately 33 Manholes and Rehabilitation of Approximately 3,856 Linear Feet of Gravity Sanitary Sewer. Accompany Bids with acceptable Cashier's or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, payable without recourse to the City of Hardin, or a Bid Bond of like amount from an approved surety company, as a guarantee that bidder will enter into a contract. SCOPE OF WORK: A. Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for construction of the work as described in these Specifications and as shown on the Plans and/or Exhibits. The completed installation shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning nor any subsidiary item which is customarily furnished, and the Contractor shall deliver the completed and operating installation to the Owner. B. Work in general under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: Improvements to the sanitary sewer collection system including the reconstruction of approximately 33 sanitary sewer manholes, cleaning and television inspection of approximately 3,856 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewergravity lines, the rehabilitation of approximately 3,856 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer gravity lines through pipe burst, reconnection of all sanitary services, connections to the existing system, and all appurtenances necessary to deliver a completely rehabilitated and operational sanitary sewer collection system to the owner.
