Per Addendum 2 bid date changed from 1/12/22 to 2/8/22 Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only and in order to be considered an official bidder contractors must obtain plans and specifications from Goodwyn Mills & Cawood Inc. This project is being funded by SRF Project No. and will require DBE documentation from the low, responsive, responsible bidder no later than 10 days after bid opening. All participants must comply with all federal requirements applicable to the Loan (including those imposed by the 2014 Appropriations Act and related SRF Policy Guidelines) which the Participant understands includes, among other, requirements that all of the iron and steel products used in the Project are to be produced in the United States ("American Iron and Steel Requirement"). Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This project is being funded by SRF Project No. FS0100098-02 and will require DBE documentation from the low, responsive, responsible bidder no later than 10 days after bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder. All bidders shall submit, upon request, a list of projects "successfully completed" in the last 2 years, having the same scope of work and approximate construction cost as specified in this project. All bidders must comply with requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work on which the proposal is submitted. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
