Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Asheboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and medical facility.

**As of December 29, 2021, project has not been awarded. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified commercial HVAC vendors for the removal and replacement of existing electric hydronic boiler; Rooftop AHU-1; Rooftop AHU-2; Fan Coil AHU-4 and associated equipment for the Hanes Veterinary Medical Center at the NC Zoo. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract. The Contract shall begin on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date") and end on June 30, 2022.
