Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, PA is soliciting bids for the repair of roads within the Township. The following Project Description is based on information currently available. Each Bidder should evaluate the work involved, prior to submission of a proposal. The project briefly described is: Road Repair of Westcolang Road (T-439) from SR 590 to Falling Waters Boulevard (+/- 18,500 LF). Bids may be held by Lackawaxen Township for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract.. Lackawaxen Township will award each bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. A .performance bond in the amount of I 00% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award. Any Request for Information (RFI) must include specific identification of the Project by name. All inquiries must be made in writing; email inquiries are acceptable. No inquiries will be accepted after Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 4:00 PM. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
