The SCA has determined that the work under this solicitation involves HVAC, Plumbing and Gas Fitting and Electrical Work. Flood Elimination/Roofs/Parapets/Ext. Masonry/Windows The project is located at 2951 West 3rd Street, Brooklyn, NY 1122 $4000001-Above Performance Period: 730 Continuous Calendar Days. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 790 continuous calendar days from NTP date. A Bid Bond prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form.
