Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Removal, Disposal and Replacement of the existing SCADA system PLCs. New SCADA system shall include, but not limited to, a monitor status for the headworks equipment, remote control for the clarifiers with auto reset of phase fail alarms, totalized flow for effluent and sludge pumps, monitor generator status and fuel tank level, a SCADA Workstation PC, a new HMI screen, and a new PLC panel to monitor chemical tank levels. Provide and install an enclosure mounted AC unit on the existing outdoor MCC, a temperature transmitter, ductbank including conduit and wire, and all necessary electrical components and appurtenances for a complete operational SCADA system at the TOLMUD Wastewater Treatment Plant site as shown on the construction drawings. All work shall be according to plans and specifications. Complete in Place. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the construction cost must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Completion- 180 calendar days
