Location: This project is to renovate the 69kV substation in Cleveland, OK. The location for the substation is listed below: The Cleveland 69kV substation is located in the town of Cleveland in Pawnee County, Oklahoma. The street address is: 410 W Caddo St Cleveland, OK 74020 Project Description This project shall consist of upgrading the Cleveland 69 kV Substation. Contractor shall provide all materials except those materials specifically listed as to be furnished by GRDA. Contractor shall provide all installation and construction services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the proper completion of all work shown on the drawings and herein specified, excepting only such items as are specified or noted as being done or furnished by others. All construction shall be performed in strict accordance with these specifications and the attached applicable drawings and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Deadline 12/30/2021 03:00 PM EST GRDA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, to evaluate Bids, to award or not award contracts, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, and/or conditional Bids. If Contractor fails to complete any particular Service Work Authorization project on or before the date specified in the applicable Service Work Authorization Form, Contractor must pay to GRDA $1,000.00 per day not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages for each calendar day beyond the required project completion date, until the Certificate of Project Completion for that particular project has been fully executed. The liquidated damages are fixed and agreed upon by the Parties because of the impracticability and extreme difficulty of fixing and ascertaining the actual damages GRDA would sustain in such event. Provided, the liquidated damages do not limit the damages that GRDA may recover for any other cause of action arising from or related to this Contract.
