HMMS, on behalf of Information Technology Services at St. Joseph's and LHSC, is looking to establish a long-term partnership with a preferred Proponent(s) for the supply of Network Cabling Services. These services would include moves, adds, changes, and projects for our network infrastructure and may also include A/V Cabling pulls and installations, display mounting, etc. This includes the supply of labour and materials for cabling to the wall jacks for desktops, wireless access point installations, exterior and interior copper and fiber optic cabling. This includes both the LHSC and St. Joseph's main buildings and satellite sites. This does not currently, but in future may, include the new mental health buildings, Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care and Parkwood Institute Mental Health Building. The anticipated duration of the Agreement(s) pursuant to this RFP, will be for a two (2) year period, with the option to extend the Agreement for an additional three (3) years in 1-year increments. The contract may be awarded in any combination of fixed or option years up to a total of five (5) years. The expected start date of the contract is April 1st, 2022.
