As of 02/09/2022 This project will be rebid. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe (Owner) is requesting Sealed Bids for the construction of the following Project: Geothermal Retrofit Project for the White River Health Care Center BAI No. 22992 The replacement of existing mechanical equipment, installation of new geothermal equipment, piping, tanks and building, installation of approximately 93 LF of new 4-inch SDR-11 HDPE Drain Line, approximately 80 LF of 4 PVC sanitary sewer service line, a connection to the existing sanitary system, new electrical equipment, and various other appurtenances and associated work for this Geothermal Retrofit Project for the White River Health Care Center. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and payment bonds shall be furnished in accordance with Article 19 of the Instructions to Bidders. By submitting a proposal, the bidder agrees to comply with the provisions of the Rosebud Sioux Tribes Tribal Employment Contracting Rights Ordinance (TECRO). The CONTRACTOR shall make investigations with the TECRO office BEFORE a bid will be accepted. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, or accept any bid or combination thereof which appears to serve the best interests of the Tribe.
