Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 22,000-square-foot educational facility.

General Contractor to provide construction services per RFP documents for the improvement of the Patient Experience in the Emergency Department which includes four (4) phases of renovations in the 22,000 sq. ft. emergency department, which is to remain active 24/7/365 during the project. Improvements on Level 2 (15,394 sq. ft.) include Finish Update, HVAC improvements, Code Driven updates and updating the various patient access points concerning intake, exam areas and procedure areas on Level 2. Level 1 (2,600 sq. ft.) priorities are improvements to the Pedestrian approach in accessing the Emergency Department up to Level 2. The project is a quick paced renovation while keeping the Emergency Department fully functional at all times. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required upon award of Contract.
