Meyer Najem, the Construction Manager, is requesting proposals for the 2022 Crossroads Elementary - Full Release for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation. A new ground up school project that includes, but is not limited to site development - earthwork, site utilities, hardscapes, and landscaping, building and site concrete, masonry, cold formed wall framing and roof trusses, carpentry, interior architectural woodwork, direct applied finish system, metal siding, joint sealants / firestopping, aluminum entrances & windows, doors / frames / hardware, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, wheelchair lift, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications and safety & security. Further description of work can be found within the bid packages and project drawings/specifications. This Project is broken out into eight (8) Bid Packages. Bid Package #03 - Sitework Bid Package #04 - Masonry Bid Package #05 - General Trades Bid Package #06 - Metal Framing, Drywall & Acoustics Bid Package #07 - Flooring Bid Package #08 - Food Service Equipment Bid Package #09 - Mechanical Bid Package #10 - Electrical Each Bid Package includes all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, submittals. etc. associated with said scope of work. This is a Public Bid and will require a Bid Bond and Performance / Payment Bond. All Contractors and Sub-contractors for IDOA Public Works projects valued at over $300,000 MUST be pre-qualified through the Public Works Certification Board, prior to BCSC Board Approval of Contract or will be grounds for bid to be rejected as non-responsive. Pre-qualification requires submission of an application for review by the Public Works Certification Board members. NOTE: Bidder is REQUIRED to submit a copy of their current IDOA Certification with the Bid.
