Site work for a water / sewer project in South Windsor, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the work to be performed under this contract shall be the replacement of 20 feet of 16 prestressed concrete cylinder pipe sanitary sewer force main with 16 ductile iron pipe, including excavation, backfill, disposal and fittings within the confines of a pump station grounds. The project shall also include the installation of a 14 plug valve within a pump station dry well. The work will require bypassing wastewater around the pump station to maintain sewer service. The Town of South Windsor, Connecticut reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, defect or irregularity in any or all Bids if such action is in the best interests of the Town.
