Bidders must register on this website in order to view and/or download specifications, plans, soils report, and environmental reports for this Project. There is NO charge to view or download documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in the bidding or bidding process except the time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Boards judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
