A certified check or bank draft payable to the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in the lieu of the Bid Bond. ONE (1) ORIGINAL, THREE (3) COPIES, and ONE (1) USB Drive containing all proposal required documents with participant/contractor name and return address clearly typed/printed on the upper left-hand corner, and the project CSP number and title clearly typed/printed on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope and/or package as follows: CSP No. HCDD1-22-001-12-22-MSS ALAMO EXPRESSWAY DRAIN EXTENSION IMPROVEMENTS (1/4 MILE SOUTH OF MOORE ROAD TO INTERSTATE 2) NO FACSIMILES OR LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY PROPOSAL RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE OPENED AND WILL BE RETURNED. OVERNIGHT MAIL MUST ALSO BE PROPERLY LABELED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EXPRESS ENVELOPE OR PACKAGE REFERENCING CSP NAME AND NUMBER. PROPOSALS MAY BE HELD by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of the sealed proposals for the purpose of reviewing, evaluating, and ranking the responses, prior to award a contract. HIDALGO COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1 reserves the right to refuse and reject any/all proposals and to waive any/all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the proposal considered the best and most advantageous to the District.
