Bids will be considered by the Owner at a public meeting to be held at SE Warren CSD High School LIbary at 5:30 PM, Central Time, on January 10, 2022 or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. This project is to add cooling to an existing air handling unit at the Lacona Elementary and cooling and ventilation to the east half of the High School, excluding the gym. The project also includes the replacement of the roof over the girl's locker room and adjacent corridor. The work must commence at the end of the school year - currently May 20, 2022, and must be substantially completed on August 12, 2022 with final completion within 30 days of substantial completion. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
