Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to January 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA) is soliciting Technical Proposals for engineering services for a federal-aid project consisting of construction design of a pedestrian/bike pathway at Brunswick Landing, reference WIN 25413.00. Price shall not be mentioned in the Technical Proposal; otherwise, that proposal shall be rejected. MRRA has been awarded federal funding from the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT). All work performed on the project, therefore, is subject to federal and state requirements, as well as the policies and procedures in MaineDOT's Local Project Administration Manual electronically Responses will be posted electronically by the close of business on 12/17/21. Requests for clarification and additional information must be emailed to the RFP Coordinator listed in Section 2 above by 2 p.m. on 12/17/21.
