This is a combined bid package and will be awarded under one contract. Bids must be submitted on Proposal Forms furnished in the Bid Documents or copies thereof. The preceding is an abbreviated advertisement. The complete advertisement may be obtained from the location listed above. Those in attendance will include the Owner, Engineer, and Consultants. Contract bidders, subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to attend. Football Field House: Work includes removal of existing standing seam metal roofing system on this approx. 50,000 square foot facility and replacement with new prefinished metal standing seam metal roofing system with new prefinished metal flashings over the existing roof substrate. Complete with replacement of rigid insulation in damaged areas, self-adhering sheet underlayment, gutters, downspouts and splashblocks. Includes repairs and modifications to existing stucco wall finishes in select areas indicated on the drawings, new prefinished metal wall panels on select areas of upper walls, and a new glazed aluminum framed curtainwall installation. 2. Student Recreation Center: Work includes removal of existing standing seam metal roofing system in select areas indicated on the drawings and replacement with new prefinished metal standing seam metal roofing system with new prefinished metal flashings over the existing roof substrate. Complete with replacement of rigid insulation and self-adhering sheet underlayment in damaged areas. 3. All approved equipment and materials shall be ordered and ready for project to allow starting work on January XX, 2022. All work shall be completed by August XX, 2022. Coordinate exact times of shut-down and exact work schedules with the USA project manager. Total contract time shall include time for equipment submittals, ordering, delivery, installation and completion of work. Coordinate exact project schedule in advance with the USA project manager.
