Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Lydig Construction, Inc. (the General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting scaled proposals from Contractors for the following Bid Packages: BP #2.2 - Joist and Deck Supply The project consists of a new replacement for Sacajawea Middle School (approximately 140,000 SF) on the current Sacajawea Middle School campus. Students will be onsite during construction and laydown and staging areas will be limited. New building construction will begin no later than March 15, 2022 and be substantially complete no later than July 29, 2028. Deadline for questions prior to bid is December 14, 2021 at 3:50 pm. Questions should be directed to todd@lydig.com. The GC/ CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
