Renovation of a water / sewer project in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**Contract 5A was awarded to EE Austin and Son, Inc for $5,124,895.33. Contract 5B was awarded to Blackhawk-Neff Inc. for $175,000.00. The Work generally includes concrete and metals rehabilitation for the East Primary Clarifiers, East Influent Channel, West Primary Clarifiers, Aeration Tanks and West Final Clarifiers based on facility condition, safety and impacts on current facility operation and maintenance. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. Primary and Secondary Treatment Facilities Rehabilitation Contract 5A - General Construction Contract 5B - Electrical Construction CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/22/2021 5:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond. Prevailing wage rates for all trades and occupations involved in the Work shall be in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Rate Determination issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry included in the Bid Documents.
