The purpose of this request is to obtain from qualified interested offerors a sealed proposal provided to the City of Greer, "City", for the Office Space Conversion at two City of Greer Locations. For proposed contracts greater than $25,000.00, the offeror awarded the contract must supply a Performance Bond in the amount of 125% of the proposed contract price prior to commencement of the project. This project is split between two locations. The first is located in conference room 200 located on the second floor of Greer City Hall, 301 E Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29651. The second location is within the existing office space at the Greer Operations Center located at 446 Pennsylvania Ave, Greer, SC 29650. Project Scope Greer City Hall, 301 E Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29651 1. Remove and relocate, if possible, the existing glass wall and door structure in accordance with attached drawings. 2. Construct non-load bearing walls to sufficiently encapsulate the office spaces as shown on attached drawings and incorporate additional standard 32" x 80" doors to match existing. 3. New wall construction will need to penetrate the ceiling and integrate into the existing as to appear to be original. 4. Route data and electrical in accordance with attached Electrical drawings. 5. Route duct work and add VAV in accordance with attached Mechanical drawings. 6. Paint walls and the ceilings to match existing. Operations Center, 446 Pennsylvania Ave, Greer, SC 29650 1. Construct non-load bearing walls to sufficiently create two separate office spaces as shown in attached drawings. 2. New wall construction will not need to penetrate the ceiling at this location but finished and integrated into the existing ceiling as to match existing space. 3. Two electrical outlets and data drops will need to be incorporated into the new walls, separate lighting control, and modified duct work integrated into the new offices.
