The Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the Company) is issuing a public call for tenders for technical services for the contract mentioned in the title. All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the contractual documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system or by calling 514 856 6600 for residents of the Montreal region and at toll-free number 1 866 669 7326 for residents living outside Warning: Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. CONTRACT LENGTH The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of 36 months, from March 1, 2022. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 3% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is sent on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee, certified check, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article Tender guarantee Instructions to tenderers. When the tender is transmitted electronically, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond or irrevocable letter of guarantee and comply with the conditions mentioned in the Tender guarantee" article of the Instructions to tenderers. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this method of transmission.
CONDITIONS Only tenders presented by tenderers who meet the following conditions in particular will be considered: 1. have in Québec, or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal office hours; 2. hold the licenses required under the Building Act. VISITING PLACES No site visit is planned. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Company under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca, no later than the deadline set for receipt thereof as indicated in the Additional Instructions. INFORMATION Bidders who wish to receive details concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date. and the cut-off time for receipt of bids. If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline for receipt of bids, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
