Site work for a water / sewer project in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
BID FILE NUMBER: 3825-5795 The scope of work includes furnishing and installing approximately eleven thousand eight hundred eighty two (11,882) lineal feet of 8" water main, one thousand sixty six (1,066) lineal feet of 12" water main and two thousand six hundred fifty (2,650) lineal feet of 16" water main. In addition, new water services will be provided to 300 lots (265 contractor + 35 City installed) and service transfers will be performed at all those locations. Installation of 25 fire hydrants will also be a part of this project. The work will be performed in the vicinity of S. Orange, E. Church, S. Cedar and E. Vine Avenues. The new 8", 12" and 16" water mains will replace 50+ year old mains. A portion of work is within the County of Fresno The Construction Allocation for this project is $6,080,000.
