Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Pool repairs and upgrades, site and amenities improvements. The WORK consists of the following: Pool Modifications and Improvements to include 1. General Items: Bonds, General Conditions, Demolition 2. Sitework: 5' concrete sidewalk, concrete pool deck, concrete pool deck at picnic tables, ADA accessible picnic table, picnic tables, curved shade structure and wood caps at existing pavilion. 3. Pool Renovations: 6' Pool fence, 6' pool gate with magnetic access, lazy river vessel at expansion joints repair, vortex water playnuk structure, scupper leak repairs, bridge resurfacing, bridge repainting, coping replacement repointing (as needed) and plumbing work (move existing pumps and rough in at new location.
