TWO RIVERS DAM AND RESERVOIR FLOOD CONTROL OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE PROJECT, TWO RIVERS DAM, CHAVES COUNTY, NEW MEXICO. The proposed procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside Invitation to Bid (IFB), and thus limited to bidders identified as small businesses under NAICS 561210/SIC 8744, with a size standard of $41,500,000.00. Bidders attention is directed to Section 00 21 00 in the Solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. Plans will be issued on or about 24 January 2022, with bids due on or about 24 February 2022. Bidders are advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, or final award process. SERVICES consist of supporting oversight, inspection, operation, and maintenance of high hazard dam facilities and property. Services include safety, fire, security, and environmental protection efforts, and well as providing USACE reports that will include, but not be limited to, operations, inspections and maintenance information, notifications of unanticipated situations or problems, and providing emergency response/services in the case of flood flight situations. THE PROJECT will be advertised as an Invitation for Bid. The proposed procurement will result in a firm-fixed price contract.
