Renovation of an educational facility in South Brunswick Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 95,600-square-foot educational facility.
The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, Replacement of existing packaged RTU's, split systems ceiling cassettes, and outside air system. New outside air system to have energy recovery and DX cooling. New split system ceiling cassettes to have hot water coils. DPMC Qualification: (C032) HVACR Commence Construction: Monday, June 27, 2022 Substantial Completion: On or Before Friday, August 12, 2022 The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: Replacement of existing packaged RTU's, split systems ceiling cassettes, and outside air system. New outside air system to have energy recovery and DX cooling. New split system ceiling cassettes to have hot water coils. The Scope of Work for the project is determined by the complete construction documentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and is not limited by the brief summary of Work provided here.
