The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the follow: Demolition of the existing building(s) and associated site work. New building construction and associated site work. Coordination and protection of Cell Tower facilities at Station #3. Coordination and protection of Verizon facilities at Station #73. This project is bid Multi-Prime and Prevailing Wage. Please see Specification 007346.13 - Prevailing Wage Rate Determination Schedule. Addendum #1-#4 have been issued, as of 1-3-2022. Alternate No. 1A (Station #3): Earthwork Classification State the adjustment in price to be added to or deducted from the Base Bid should the Owner wish to change to earthwork excavations to unclassified for rock removal through hydraulic/mechanical means (no blasting permitted). Alternate No. 1B (Station #73): Earthwork Classification State the adjustment in price to be added to or deducted from the Base Bid should the Owner wish to change to earthwork excavations to unclassified for rock removal through hydraulic/mechanical means (no blasting permitted).
