Award Criteria: Final Award determination will be made based primarily on the bidder who meets the minimum requirements / qualifications and submits the lowest responsive, responsible bid. Submitted bids will be valid for 180 days after closing date. The initial term of the awarded contract will be for one (3 year period effective March 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. This contract may be renewed for one (1) additional two-year term upon mutual consent of both parties SSA's goal for this solicitation and the resultant contract is to find a contractor who can provide quality Landscape Maintenance Services, timely and proficiently Bidders are required to read and understand all documents associated with this solicitation. All questions must be submitted electronically. Bidders are not to contact any other County personnel by other means with questions or clarifications concerning this IFB.
