Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Crookston, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Buildings/Medical and Dental Facilities, Generator. This project is to replace the existing natural gas generator that backs up a small portion of the building with a larger natural gas generator that backs up the entire Alluma Facility under the base bid. Under Alternate #1, the facilities located at 100 Gretchen Lane called CSU building, a new natural gas generator would be installed to back up the administration building. FEDERAL REGULATIONS. This contract is Federally assisted. The Contractor must comply with the Davis Bacon Act, the Anti Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standards. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and Subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices. Bidders must submit a compliance report in conformity with the President's Executive Order No. 11246. Bidders Bond, cashier's checks or certified checks will be accepted. MINNESOTA LAW. All bidders must comply with Minnesota Statutes 574.26 Contractor's bonds for public work. SITE VISIT.
