The Department of Aviation invites firms to submit qualifications to provide Professional Consulting Services associated with a federally funded design Project at McCarran International Airport entitled LAS Improve Drainage at Runway 8/26 Complex. The selected firm, upon review of the submittal, and interview if required, will provide a team of professionals that can demonstrate successful airfield design and construction support services at a Large Hub Airport, as defined by the FAA for the Project. The qualifications submittal provided in response to this invitation shall demonstrate the experience and identify the personnel necessary for these services. The services include, but are not limited to, airfield drainage design, utility relocations, grading within the runway safety area ("RSA") and ("ROFA"), and development of complex construction safety and phasing plans in accordance with FAA standards.
