Bid proposals shall be based on the requirements set forth in the bid package. Provide full protections of flooring and adjacent surfaces and take proper safety precautions at all times. If any exterior/interior surfaces are damaged as the result of work o this bid category, Contractor shall be responsible to repair or replace those surfaces. . Contractor to provide all required means to unload / load materials and equipment necessary to complete work. . This bidder is responsible to review the site and be familiar with all existing conditions within and around the project including local conditions and requirements. . This contractor will be responsible for all related fees and permits related to these services. Include all concrete and steel scope for Scoreboard complete. Provide engineered, stamped shop drawings of the new steel support structure and footings. This contractor will be responsible for all re-mobilization costs for all phases of work. Bid proposals that do not include this sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Form shall not be accepted. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due date and time.
