Invitation to Bid Pursuant to Metropolitan Code of Laws (M.C.L.) Section 4.12.030, this solicitation document serves as the written determination of the Purchasing Agent, that this solicitation is an invitation to bid. Awards, if made, shall be to the lowest, responsive and responsible, evaluated offeror. There may be one or more amendments to this solicitation. Solicitation amendments are included as updates to the original solicitation. It is the offeror's responsibility to remain informed on all solicitation amendments and submit the solicitation response incorporating all amendments. Any alterations to the document(s) provided by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) and submitted by the offeror other than completing questions, worksheets, or forms may result in your response being deemed nonresponsive, cancellation of any subsequent award, or any other legal remedies available to Metro. Offers to Metro online solicitations are required to be submitted within the iSupplier online environment unless otherwise stated. Hard copy offers will not be considered except as required by law. Any response to this solicitation is a formal waiver of any claims of confidentiality regardless of what may be stated, printed, or implied in the submission and/or attachments submitted. All information is made a Public Record after an award is made. The only official position of Metro is found within this solicitation document including answers provided in response to questions raised. The online discussion tool within iSupplier is the appropriate tool for all questions or communications concerning this solicitation. Metro reserves the right to make multiple awards for a contract if it is deemed in the best interest of Metro. Davidson Road Project add a new sidewalk along the north side of Davidson Road from the end of Phase 1 at HG Hill Middle School Exit to Harding Pike. The proposed path is 10' wide approximately 1,453 feet long, and the construction within the ROW will require the installation of approximately 1,398 LF of underground storm drainage and related water/sanitary system relocations. Eastland Avenue Project add a new sidewalk along the south side of Eastland Avenue from N. 16th Street to Setliff Place. The proposed path is 6' wide approximately 926 feet long, and the construction within the ROW will require the installation of approximately 994 LF of underground storm drainage and related water/sanitary system relocations. Kings Lane Project add a new sidewalk along the north side of Kings Lane from Phipps Drive to approx. 1,000 feet west of Clarksville Pike. The proposed path is 5' wide, approximately 1,632 feet long, and the construction within the ROW will require the installation of approximately 976 LF of underground storm drainage and related water/sanitary system relocations. Delmas Avenue Project add a new sidewalk along the north side of Delmas Avenue Trace from Gallatin Pike to Cherokee Lane. The proposed path is 5' wide approximately 2230 feet long, and the construction within the ROW will require the installation of approximately 2000 LF of underground storm drainage and related water/sanitary system relocations. Riverside Road add a new sidewalk along the west side of Riverside Road from 20th Street to 1502 Riverside Road. The proposed path is 5' wide approximately 1,393 feet long, and the construction within the ROW will require the installation of approximately 1,043 LF of underground storm drainage and related water/sanitary system relocations Contractor(s) must be a Licensed Municipal Utility Contractor Contractor(s) shall comply with all TDOT, NDOT, Metro Water Services, Federal, State and Local environment regulations and/or other authorized agencies. Contractor(s) to install approximately 994 lf of underground storm drainage, mws service and vault Adjustments, curb & gutter, 926 lf of sidewalk, pedestrian crossings, and all associated grading and Paving work. Kings lane - seeking a qualified contractor(s) to install approximately 976 lf of Underground storm drainage, mws service and vault adjustments, curb & gutter, 1,632 lf of sidewalk, Pedestrian crossings, and all associated grading and paving work. Delmas avenue - seeking a qualified Contractor(s) to install approximately 2000 lf of underground storm drainage, mws service adjustments, Curb & gutter, 2230 lf of sidewalk, pedestrian crossings, and all associated grading and paving work. Riverside road - seeking a qualified contractor(s) to install approximately 1,043 lf of underground storm Drainage, mws service vault adjustments, curb & gutter, 1,393 lf of sidewalk, pedestrian crossings, and All associated grading and paving work. Metro reserves the right to procure more or less quantities during The lifetime of any agreement that may be issued as a result of this solicitation. Metro intends to award to The lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The projects will awarded as a group to one (1) vendor. Davidson Road Project add a new sidewalk along the north side of Davidson Road from the end of Phase 1 at HG Hill Middle School Exit to Harding Pike.
