The selected supplier will be responsible for supplying, delivering and commissioning the ventilation unit on the work site, at 7220 avenue Trudelle, but its installation will be taken care of by the selected ventilation subcontractor. for the HVAC upgrade site. The delivery of the equipment must therefore be coordinated with the contractor. ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT: At the time of awarding the construction contract to upgrade the HVAC, the public body will assign all rights and obligations under this contract to the ventilation subcontractor of the general contractor. The Supplier will therefore automatically become responsible for supplying the goods acquired in this contract to the ventilation subcontractor, under his full responsibility. The delivery of the equipment to the site will have to be done in July 2022. Duration 1 year. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
