The project is generally described as providing on-call services for the repair of AC pavement patches (AC pavement and seal coating) of City streets and other paved areas at various locations within the City. The City wishes to award a two (2)-fiscal year contract (FY 21-23). The first fiscal year (FY 21-22) will require the Contractor to perform AC pavement repair and seal coating at approximately 350 various locations, the following 1 fiscal year will be performing AC pavement repair and seal coating on an as-needed basis. Each bid must be accompanied by security consisting only of cash, California Bank Cashier's Check, Certified Check, California Bank Money Order, or bid bond made payable to the "City of Folsom" in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the sum of the proposal. Requests for technical information, or clarification shall be directed to the City's representative, Nathan Stites, City of Folsom, nstites@folsom.ca.us, on or before Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. The right to reject any and all bids, or waive any informality in any bid received is reserved by the City Council.
