**As of January 10, 2022, there were no bids for the project. The City of Lakewood is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal/repair of dangerous buildings and other nuisance conditions, including septic repair or connection to Pierce County sewer system, for the property located at 2621 84th St. S, in the City of Lakewood The selected contractor shall act as a general contractor and shall be responsible for the completion of all tasks as specified in the Invitation to Bid. State of Washington prevailing wage rates apply. SCOPE OF WORK: Design engineering, construction documents and oversight will be performed by WJE. Repair elements include removing and replacing the top 4 inches of the concrete slab, this will facilitate either repair of the existing reinforcing or replacement with new epoxy coated bars. Epoxy injection of cracks, coating and/or installation of galvanic anodes for any existing bars. Following floor mat renovation, installation of a protective coating on the new slab surface. Existing millwork will remain in place.
