Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking competitive proposals from qualified contractors to renovate the Camden County Jail Bathrooms. Contactors must furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment to renovate the jail bathrooms in accordance with this Request for Proposals. Renovate the public bathrooms at the Camden County Jail, 209 East 4th St., Woodbine, GA Men's Restroom: Install (3) free standing ADA compliant sinks with hands free faucets, clean and seal the tile floors, (1) urinal at standard height with automatic flush valve, (2) Toilets with automatic flush valves one of which is ADA compliant, stall partitions, (2) 4ft LED light fixtures with 5K LED light bulbs, new drop ceiling grid and paneling, new supply and return grills for the AC ducting, a new door with all associated hardware to include options for hands free opening, (3) mirrors above the sinks, (3) Coastwide hands free soap dispensers or equivalent, (1) Coastwide hands free paper towel dispenser or equivalent, (1) Bosch hand dryer or equivalent, repair/patch any walls, paint all walls with color provided by the County, install back splash behind each toilet (metal or tile), (2) Coastwide toilet paper holders or equivalent, and all ADA required hardware for the ADA stall.
