Improvements include: Stadium infrastructure, code/life safety, and structural r repairs required to bring the stadium into compliance t. An additional goal is to deliver a LEED silver (min) certified project. The selected team will provide advanced programming, design, construction documents, construction administration, pre-construction, and construction services for the referenced project. The project delivery system will be Design/Build, the awarded Design Build Team will be required to submit a substantial completion schedule. Blanket professional liability insurance will be required for this project in the amount of $1,000,000 and will be provided as a part of Basic Services. The overall proposed value of this project is approximately $20,000,000. The respondent must be capable of bonding at 100% of the value of the contract with a surety licensed to do business in the State of Florida with a Best rating of A, Class IX.
