The Port Authority of San Antonio, (the Authority), plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking responses from qualified firms/teams to provide pavement repairs in accordance with associated plans and specifications at Port San Antonio. All employees of contractors and sub-contractors working on the interior and/or exterior of this building must be a U.S. Citizen with proper identification. Port San Antonio is redeveloping the former Kelly Air Force Base to its highest and best use, creating the conditions that maintain and grow quality jobs.
