Portland Community College (PCC) is soliciting proposals for Architectural and Engineering Design and Contract Administration Services for the Sylvania Campus CC Building Re-Roof & Mechanical Upgrades. The CC Building was constructed in the 1960's, the existing low slope roof is primarily one level, and is approximately 131,000 SF. Proposers will have design experience with precast, pre-stressed concrete channels supported by post-tensioned cast-in-place beams, columns, and architectural detailing (circa 1960's-1970's). Emerging small businesses, as well as minority-owned, women-owned, and service disabled veteran-owned enterprises are encouraged to submit a response to this RFP solicitation.
