Kleinfelder Project No. 20211359.001A Construct a new off airport storage/operations facility for the Airport Authority shuttle bus fleets. The new facility will be located along the N/E side of Pacific Highway just north of the Laurel Street intersection.The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Demolition/removal of existing site improvements including asphalt pavements, entrance canopy and toll booths, fencing, utilities, landscaping and irrigation, light poles, and other miscellaneous features. Construction/installation of new earthwork, storm drainage pipes and water quality structures, wet and dry utilities and utility service connections, asphalt and concrete paving, retaining wall, vehicle barriers and bollards, curb and gutter, electric vehicle charging stations and related infrastructure, bioretention areas, curb and gutter, light poles, decorative/security fencing and vehicle access gates, landscaping and irrigation, pavement striping and marking, enabling infrastructure for temporary office trailers, and other miscellaneous features.Once the Work is substantially complete, the Airport Authority will begin installation of three (3) temporary office/break room/restroom trailers at the locations shown on the Drawings. The Contractor is not responsible for that work but shall cooperate and coordinate with the Airport Authority's modular building contractor as directed by the Representative.
