The project consists of the construction of a 5 foot wide sidewalk for a length of 3990 feet (0.76 miles) on the north side of Buenaventura Boulevard from the east side of Florida Parkway to 500 feet west of Simpson Road. Provide detailed estimates in 16 Division CSI format, including Clarifications and Assumptions, and Variance Reports that identify critical scope and budget issues. c. Construction Market Analysis. d. Value Engineering through propositions based on review of the design package. e. Development of a Master Project Schedule, identifying any opportunities for early bid packages and an overall plan for bidding and award. f. As required, the CMAR(s) will request design review meetings, develop the agendas for the meetings, and facilitate all design review meetings. g. Establish bid procedures for the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) Phase of the project, including, but not limited to: 1) Develop Scopes of Work for bidding. 2) Control the distribution of plans and specifications to subcontractors and vendors for bidding. 3) Solicit, advertise, receive, review and award bid packages to qualified subcontractors. 4) Manage and coordinate the bidding process.
