Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chico, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Chico Area Recreation and Park District, herein referred to as CARD, solicits interested and qualified contractors to submit bids for entering into an agreement for the purpose of preforming miscellaneous pool repairs, including but not limited to replacing the heating unit, pool lights and pool grates at the Pleasant Valley Pool located at 2320 North Avenue in Chico, CA. Bidder's instruction, specifications and/or plans for this project may be downloaded from website Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside "Sealed Bid Pleasant Valley Pool Improvement Project Do Not Open" Car reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted, to waive any irregularity in the Request for Proposals, or in the event of identical proposals, be the sole judge of the individual/company to receive the contract.
