Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The work covered under these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Contract Documents), and performing all operations required for the inspection and repair of the hydropower unit at NTO and EDTO including, but not limited to the following: o Perform assessment on the hydro units' major components as described in the engineering spec. o Design, repair the unit components listed in the engineering spec as needed, including Turbine runner, turbine shaft, guide bearing, generator, scroll case and draft tube. o Fabrication, deliver and install specified unit components upgrade listed in the engineering spec, including cooling water system, HMIs and batteries. o (NTO ONLY) Develop a complete and detailed "Bailout Plan" to be executed in the event that the Unit is needed to be returned to operation due to emergency. o All proposed exceptions to this contract shall be clearly itemized and submitted with Bid with reference to the contract specification section.
