As of January 5, 2022, project was cancelled due to no equipment available to install during summer. No new bid date has been established yet. The entire project is within Morton Elementary School campus, 1805 South 160th Street, Omaha NE 68130. The project consists of the replacement of two Multizone Rooftop Units and associated mechanical and electrical work. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Morton Elementary School Multizone Rooftop Unit Replacement, 1805 South 160th Street, Omaha NE 68130 C. Renovations will take place during staff and student summer vacation but various areas of the facility will be occupied by summer school activities. Contractors and MPS staff will work closely to isolate areas of work. D. Work in the facility shall be allowed during normal working hours throughout the project, however, the contractor must provide, at all times, for clear exit paths, proper lighting, and fire/smoke protection (subject to approval of all authorities having jurisdiction) and protection against any and all fumes and odors caused by construction activities. The contractor shall halt or modify any activities the Owner determines to be disruptive in any manner to their continued use of the building The Owner will award a combined contract which includes the following categories of work: 1. General Construction 2. Mechanical Construction 3. Electrical Construction
