As of January 31, 2022, the project has been awarded to First Victory, Inc. for $351,879.59. The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to construct foundation and concrete work for the Cashiers Valley Road Parking Lot Improvements consisting of the following: - Demolition of approximately 75 linear feet of existing road - Construction of approximately 210 linear feet new 22' wide road (face-of-curb to face-of curb) - Construction of approximately 1400 square yards of new public parking lot - Installation of associated concrete sidewalks and 24-inch cub and gutter - Installation/ modification of associated stormwater facilities
